“We had put together a comprehensive set of policies and procedures for our ISO 9001 quality management system but our initial audit suggested that we needed additional documentation that we didn’t have the expertise for, so we engaged Rajan Enterprises Pty Ltd to assist us. Ray Janz reviewed our documentation and suggested that his draft Business Manual would make it all much simpler and easier to maintain. He was able to convert our individual policies and procedure documents into the draft Business Manual efficiently and quickly and the missing documentation in our original system was all in the draft manual to begin with.

“I contacted Rajan Enterprises Pty Ltd in late 2011 to help streamline the practice and motivate staff to utilise our practice management system more effectively. Ray prepared a detailed training manual and provided training sessions for all staff in time management and various aspects of the practice management system. He redesigned our invoices and statements to match our letterhead and promote a more commercial and professional image for the firm with its clients.
